Yes, we do have express delivery for certain types of orders.

Queries on customized items + -

a) Can we return customized items?

Unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned as they are made to measure, so kindly ensure that your requirements are carried out before production. In case of damage to the product during delivery, we are more than happy to exchange the within five working days after delivery. If there is damage to the product delivered, we are more than happy to exchange the product within 05 business days after delivery.

b) Can we cancel customized items?

Kindly read our cancellation and return policy in the link below ( Add Link once up on-site) Any item can be cancelled within 05 days of order confirmation.

c) How long do customized items take to deliver and how do the charges vary?

Customisation of an item normally takes longer to create than an off the shelf product. Our professional team always ensures that all deadlines are met, but please do make sure the requirements and delivery deadlines are passed on correctly while placing the order.

d) What are your different types of customization techniques?

The customization techniques provided are:

Printing techniques: Which includes sublimation printing, digital printing and sticker printing.

How can I have my company’s logo embroidered on my uniforms? + -

Company logos can be embroidered by giving the source files in. PSD, AI and PDF file formats.

Can I modify my order after the order has been placed? + -

Yes, orders can be modified after confirmation, but it will have to be done within 24hours of the confirmation.

Do you replace items which are damaged or incorrect when delivered? + -

Yes, but the item has to be returned to us within 05 to 06 business days.
